Payment & Billing Terms
- Custom Neon Signs & Products—Payment is required at the time of purchase for all signs and products ordered through NeonSignCustom.com. You can pay via PayPal, credit card, or other available payment methods at checkout.
- Custom-Designed Signs – If you are working with one of our designers, full payment is required before production begins. Once you approve the design, you will receive an invoice via email for payment processing.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.
- United States: Free standard shipping.
- Canada: Free standard shipping.
- United Kingdom & Australia: Free standard shipping via our respective country websites.
- Rest of the World: Free shipping worldwide.
We offer a Rush Order option for urgent orders at an additional cost, which is calculated based on your delivery location at checkout.
Turnaround Time for Orders
All our LED neon signs are custom-made and require production time.
- Standard Orders: Delivered within 3-5 weeks, including production and shipping.
- Rush Orders (when available): Delivered within 2-3 weeks.
If you select Rush My Order and we cannot meet the estimated timeline, we will refund the price difference between Standard and Rush shipping costs.

We deliver to physical addresses across:

✅ Canada, UK, Australia, and select international locations
Restrictions:
❌ No PO Box deliveries due to the size and value of our signs.
❌ APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Limited availability; contact us for large orders.
Damaged Items & Transit Issues
We take extra care to ensure safe delivery of your neon sign, but if your order arrives damaged, we will provide a resolution.
To file a claim, you must report the damage within 7 days of delivery and provide the following:
✔️ A clear photo of the damaged sign
✔️ A clear photo of the outer box & any visible damage
✔️ A photo of the shipping label on the box

Lost or Stolen Orders
All orders require a signature on delivery to ensure secure shipment. If you opt out of the signature requirement, we are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages.
Missing Items from Order
If any part of your order is missing, report it within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly investigate and arrange for a replacement.
